The practice of CPP (Child Parent Psychotherapy) is therapy for young children from birth through age five and their parents/caregivers. It supports family strengths and relationships, helps families heal and grow after stressful experiences, and respects family and cultural values.

Nature Based Therapy
Nature-based therapy (NBT) is a holistic health treatment that uses the natural environment to promote healing. It involves interacting with plants, animals, and natural landscapes. Wrapped into therapy sessions are time outdoors, in fields and woods, exploring nature and enjoying the natural world.
Equine and Alpaca Assisted Therapy
Interacting with animals has proven to be effective in working with children, youth and families. Equine assisted therapy is a widely accepted form of therapy today. Sometimes animals of a different size or character, such as alpacas, can work better with different individuals. Having availability of both horses and alpacas provides many opportunities for animal assisted therapy services.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga
Ellen has achieved the Arenas for Change Professional Certification indicating training, experience and specialization in the ARCH framework of facilitation applying SEEN™ through Horses, Education, and Mental Health. This story-based approach integrates seamlessly with various modalities, including equine-assisted services, nature-based interventions, and virtual sessions.
Ear Acupuncture
Ellen is certified by NADA. (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association)
NADA ear acupuncture is a specific form of acupuncture that uses five predetermined points on the ear to address a variety of health conditions, particularly substance use disorders and mental health issues.
NADA's mission is to promote and advocate for access to holistic health as a right for all communities.
Reiki

I charge $150 for one hour therapy session. Private Pay only.
Full payment is due at the time of service delivery.
A limited number of sliding scale opportunities are available based on financial need.
